Uncle Charly, as he was called by the team, has an excellent city range along with a nice strong motor to get up steep hills. Although it is the heaviest scooter in the “compact” class at 90 lbs but it is still fun and agile on the streets. Lack of suspension makes rough roads a little hard on the rider. With an integrated charger and a very accurate battery indicator, you can charge it up wherever you can find an outlet. Another plus is a brake light and turn indicators. A convincing vehicle with great details.
