Because of the strong hub motor in the front wheel, the tested estelle-city Pedelec climbs steep hills easily (higest assistance rate).
The motor power is controlled by a twist grip throttle located on the handlebar. This enables the rider to prevent slipping on gravelly surfaces. The new batter boxes from Heinzmann are very practical. It is possible to carry an extra battery on the other side of the rear rack and therefore double your distance. The motor from Heinzmann is also available as an add-on kit.
