On 14 July, the annual general meeting of ExtraEnergy took place in Kirchheim-Teck.
 

 
In the occasion of the annual general meeting of the ExtraEnergy NGO, Hartmut Schmidt resigned from his positon as treasurer of the steering committee.

ExtraEnergy would like to thank Hartmut Schmidt for his many years of support.

The new elected treasurer of the steering committee is Dieter König. Present as a guest was Sebastian Plog, managing director of the ExtraEnergy Test GmbH, a subsidiary of the ExtraEnergy organization.

After 20 years of work, the meeting focussed on the principal points for the future.

It was also discussed, which structures would enable the best framework for the independent work within the meaning of the statutes of the assoziation. Therefore, it was decided to analyze the establishment of an ExtraEnergy foundation.
