Battery Safety particularly relevant
The GoPedelec Trainings show „... the important difference ... to conventional retailer trainings manufacturers hold for their retailers. Go Pedelec! is not a further technical training but broadens the horizon on questions such as 'What are important characterstics of a Pedelec?', 'What is there to know about a battery and safety issues?', 'Which functions are to be expected from future Pedelec products?', 'Which kind of people (target groups) are interested in Pedelecs?', 'What did successful retailers do?'.
Much interest came to the surface during the presentation of Phylion held by Jack Ling on batteries. For instance it triggered a vivid discussion about battery safety and according available training courses for retailers which would entitle them for the most relevant operations with batteries such as storing them and sending them.“
