ExtraEnergy will open its doors in Tanna to the media and public on 19 and 20 April. On the first day visitors will be shown around on the premises and given the opportunity to test-ride the test fleet. On the second day visitors will be taken to Schweinfurt for a guided tour of the velotech test laboratory.
As ExtraEnergy has done in the past, it will again open its doors to people interested in the testing activity in Tanna and Schweinfurt. The organization invites the media and public to come and witness firsthand what ExtraEnergy is up to and test-ride the latest models pedelecs and e-bikes in and around Tanna.
19 April 2011 - test rides from 10h00 to 18h00
Explanations of the testing technology and data collected and short test rides are on the program. And also guided tours around the light electric vehicle (LEV) museum with its unusual racing vehicles and all the e-vehicles ever tested since 1993 - a testimony to ExtraEnergy's pioneering spirit like no other.
20 April 2011 - depart at 10h00 to witness safety tests
On 20 April we'll take you to our partner velotech.de in Schweinfurt, where the test field is tested for its mechanical safety in a laboratory environment. To see how the testers simulate reality and check the brakes of the vehicles in the test fleet, please send us your seat booking per e-mail. To cover the costs of transport and catering, there will be a charge of 35 Euro per person.
