ExtraEnergy has compiled an exciting supporting program and exhibition packages for manufacturers and traders who want to present their products and services on the BIKE EXPO in Munich on 22 - 25 July 2010. ExtraEnergy is a sponsor of BIKE EXPO and planner/organizer of the fair's light electric vehicle (LEV) supporting program. 
 

 
This year BIKE EXPO will occupy halls C2, C3 and C4 of the Neue Messe München. Hall C4 will be dedicated to e-bikes and pedelecs and ExtraEnergy will be responsible for the supporting program in and around this hall.

Professional and trade visitors will be welcomed on 22 and 23 July, while the gates will be open to the general public on 24 and 25 July.

Together with Messe München, ExtraEnergy put together a wide-ranging program:

* Parallel-running training courses for traders
* In-door track for relaxed test-riding
* Outdoor track for speed-testing
* Program of presentations by experts
* Exhibition of all bikes tested by ExtraEnergy in April
* Presentation of test results of all bikes in ExtraEnergy's April test.
* BrandNew Award in category e-bikes/pedelecs
* Mobile test ramp of EU project GoPedelec!

These activities are aimed at bringing as many feet into hall C4 as possible. That's not the only reason why the BIKE EXPO is attractive to exhibitors of e-bikes and pedelecs: The range of exhibition packages on offer is also very wide.

They range from a simple promotional tent or show truck positioned next to the outdoor test track (to be booked for €30 only, in tandem with an in-door stand), to eight premium stands of over 100 sq meter each (to be had for €12,000 per stand).

Space can be booked for €120 per sq. meter. Every exhibitor taking more than 20 sq. meters receives an A5-sized advertising space (free) in the ExtraEnergy catalog (print run: 25,000).

Exhibitors will also have access to the test tracks and may be integrated into the trader training program.
