In his second paper for the Lithium Battery Seminar, Tim Schaefer explains a possible logistic chain at the example of GAIA Lithium-Ion batteries. The paper also includes a transportation brochure by the industrial organization ZVEI with valuable instructions (in German), a presentation on battery safety by courtesy of ZSW Ulm as well as solutions from different logistic and airfreight companies (FedEx, Kuehne&Nagel, KS Logistics, British Airways, Singapore Airlines…) on more than 200 pages.
