Enter by the 27th June 2014! The best pedelec and e-bike concepts will go before the governments and officials of the eighteen participating member countries of the IEA (International Energy Agency).
The closing date for entries for the E-Bike Award 2014 has been extended to the 27th June 2014. This year will be the second time that the Award has been conferred.
Submit your ideas and concepts Awards will go to ideas and concepts which integrate electric bikes into everyday mobility, and hence which have the greatest utility for the general public. Worldwide projects are welcome to join.
The three winners will receive 5000, 2000 or 1000 Euros towards implementing their concepts, and awards will be presented on the 2nd October.

Participating member countries will receive the results The E-Bike Award is an official part of the Implementing Agreement of the IEA (International Energy Agency). Especially inspiring examples of Light Electric Vehicle (LEV) infrastructure will be documented and made publicly available. Subsequently the results will be made available to the governments and officials of the eighteen participating member countries.
The decision as to which are the best concepts will be taken at the jury seminar on the 14th July 2014. Represented at the jury seminar will be the ADFC, ExtraEnergy e.V., Bund Deutscher Radfahrer, Deutscher Landkreistag, Tourismus NRW e.V., ElektroBike, Diamant, Atelier Papenfuss (industrial design), RWE and show partner INTERMOT.
